Four generations of coupage

The pursuit of excellence has been and remains the guiding star: the best raw materials, the best organoleptic conditions, continuous renewal of the facility — and satisfied customers.

The brand takes its name from the mountains inland from Valencia. The oil is a blend of Arbequina, Picual and Cornicabra — intense and fruity, with balanced notes of bitterness and pepper, and a light greenish colour.

Good for the body

Health benefits of olive oil

Extra virgin olive oil is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids and natural antioxidants such as polyphenols and vitamin E.

Heart and cholesterol

Helps raise good cholesterol (HDL). Replacing saturated fat with monounsaturated fat can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.

Antioxidants

Polyphenols have an anti-inflammatory effect and protect cells against oxidative stress — a key feature of the Mediterranean diet.

Digestion and absorption

Gentle on the stomach and gut, and helps the body absorb fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K).

Everyday use

Cold over salad, bread, cheese and fish — and extra virgin also stands up well to ordinary frying.
